Whooosh!!! And I'm free!!! Yey!!! Wuz thinking of posting something melodramatic but... naaaaah!!! All the tension and the pressure just swam over and left, not that I'm complaining (I love the job!!! For Chrissakes...), but perhaps it's about time to welcome new opportunities. Now that I've found a new homeportal (same job... Geez...), I feel great... No more strike outs...

THE GOOD:

1. No more preggy MODs, with the index finger pointing on the Avaya, telling me to go Auto-in... (Had she been a "HE", I might have swatted her face off with my keyboards...)

2. No more payroll disputes... (31 HOURS UNDERTIME? Whoa!!! Where'd that fit?)

3. No more overtimes... (Here he comes... with fingers fluttering, holding up a sheet of paper... then, "Can you go OT tomorrow?"... pretty pleeez... Oh, shit...)

4. No more "NO BREAKS", uhm... I might need to rephrase this... odd... ("We're on queue, can't have your breaks yet..." DOG NAMN!!! How the fuckin' come those guys on the other side are all in AUX 6???!!!)

5. No more cutesy "GOOD JOB"s... Irritating... ("Good job guys!!! Our CSAT is up to 90%!!! Keep up the good work!!! Unfortunately, you can't have your breaks yet, we have 74 calls on queue... Here, have a cookie for your troubles..." Good grief...)

THE BAD:

1. I'm expecting the same stuff above in my new portal... sigh...

2. I miss my team... Mr. Aux Manager, Ms. Extramile, Ms. Irate Agent, Ms. Not Her Real Name, Ms. Caught by Mr. B, Ms. Customer-Made-Me-Cry, Ms. Celestial Maiden, Ms. Next Ambassadress of Goodwill, Mr. Belly Wobble, Coach. (Who'd I miss?)
